Howay, the location's canny, just a stone's throw from the central station, and the breakfast was top-notch—lovely fresh juices and a proper spread. But the first room was daft small, like, had a sink the size of a teacup!

A Pleasant Turnaround

Initial challenges with my first room were soon forgotten when I moved to a stunning new space. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the staff's friendly demeanor made up for any earlier inconvenience. Be sure to ask for a room on the 4th floor for a nicer experience!

Breakfast delight in a central stay

Waking up to a breakfast spread that felt like a local feast was a treat. The staff's quick response made every request delightful, and the location kept city exploring easy.

The view from my room was stunning, featuring the picturesque park and the iconic ARoS Aarhus Art Museum with its vibrant rainbow roof.

Location is on point, just a short walk to the train and those street food vibes! Breakfast was lekker, especially that waffle maker. Chommies at the front desk made check-in smooth.

The room I stayed in was smaller than expected and lacked air conditioning, which was uncomfortable during warmer days. the bathroom needed updates as the shower area had issues with flooding, and cleaning left much to be desired. I found dust in the corners and had to ask for soap multiple times. To top it off, the reported noise from the street and hallways disrupted a good night's sleep. Finally, I noticed inconsistencies with the Wi-Fi performance during peak times, which was frustrating.

The Scandic often serves a generous breakfast buffet, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff were efficient, providing quick service and assistance during a busy weekender. The hotel's proximity to the train station made local travel convenient, allowing easy access to various attractions in Aarhus.

the breakfast was among the very best ive had, nordic inspired n catered to every taste. staff were super friendly n helpful even during crazy peak times. the night manageress was really warm n i had great short talks with her. also, location is perfect, close to street food n train station. gym was small but well-maintained and cozy.

the room was a bit smaller than expected n it would be nice if cleaning was done daily instead of having to ask in advance.

The location near the railway station is perfect and made it easy to explore the city. Breakfast offered a great variety with delicious, fresh options. the homemade items really stood out. I had a mixed room experience. Initially, I was given a very small budget room with street noise and a bathroom that didn't close properly. After speaking with Tina at reception, I moved to an upgraded room at the back, and it was so much better—quiet and more spacious. I encountered issues with Wi-Fi cutting out unexpectedly. housekeeping could improve. I had to ask for basic amenities like soap a couple of times. The view from the first room was disappointing, with noise from roadworks and other disturbances affecting my sleep. there are positives like breakfast and service, but cleanliness and soundproofing need attention.
